Professional Bio

Dr. Amanda Feinstein is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in pediatric pain management. Dr. Feinstein completed 3 years of fellowship at Stanford University School of Medicine in the Pediatric Pain Management Clinic (PPMC) before she joined their faculty in 2017. She remained on faculty at Stanford at the PPMC for almost 6 years where she focused her research efforts on Adolescents and Young Adults (AYAs) with chronic pain, including development of a healthcare transition clinic for AYAs with chronic pain. She relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in June 2023 where she is now on staff as a psychologist in the Center for Pain Relief at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. She plans to continue her work in the AYA space to help optimize health care transition for AYAs and better understand the needs of AYAs with chronic pain.
