In this part of the workshop, Estelle Guingo will present the solution she developed for her doctoral project: "A friend for life". "A friend for life" is an immersive multi-platform therapeutic game on both virtual reality and mobile, based on a customized friendly avatar drawn by children. This solution aims to help manage children pain and anxiety during hemato-oncology hospitalization journey. Estelle Guingo will introduce the attendees to the development process of this multiplatform serious game and the key concepts beneath it.
