Abstract Description

Institution: Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital - Florida, United States of America

This presentation discusses the development of an interdisciplinary pain program when resources were not available for a day-treatment or inpatient rehabilitation program. Specifically, a model for a half-day chronic pain program in which patients rotate through 6 providers, once per week, for 8 weeks is discussed. Implications for providers and initial program outcomes and patient feedback are reported.
